Ratcliff IT is built for organisations of roughly 20 to 100 people in and around London. Below that size, our approach is usually more structured and comprehensive than a business needs. Above it, organisations are normally better served by an internal IT team or a much larger provider.
We work best with businesses that have a reasonable level of operational maturity. We are not well suited to environments with no clear processes, limited documentation, or unclear ownership of decisions, where IT is expected to react to constant disorder rather than manage things proactively.
We work best when clients engage with IT properly, making time for onboarding and planning, and giving enough context for issues to be resolved well. If the expectation is that requests arrive with no detail and require immediate resolution, we are probably not the right fit.
Cybersecurity is fundamental to how we operate and it is not optional. If an organisation is unwilling to invest in sensible controls, support staff training, or maintain reasonably modern and supported equipment, we will not be the right partner. This is not about heavy handed compliance. It is basic professional responsibility.
