AI consultancy for businesses, ready to use AI properly?
You know AI can save your team hours every week. You also know it needs bringing in safely, with structure, and with a return you can measure. We help businesses of twenty to a hundred staff do exactly that, inside the Microsoft 365 you already use.
AI, with confidence
You know you need AI. You also know it can go wrong.
Most leaders we speak to are in the same place. They can see the potential, and they can see competitors moving. But they don't want to spend money on licences nobody uses, they don't want client data turning up where it shouldn't, and they know a new technology needs more than a few enthusiastic early adopters.
What works is a structured approach: get the foundations right, pick the work where AI pays back fastest, build the tools, bring the whole team with you, and keep it all safe and well-managed once it is running.
From readiness to rollout
How we work
A structured approach to AI implementation, from checking the foundations to managing the tools your team relies on.
Assess
We check your Microsoft 365 is ready: permissions, data structure, labelling, and the AI your staff are already using.
Prioritise
We map your processes and find the repetitive work where AI gives the biggest, quickest return.
Build
We build the tools and agents in Copilot and the wider Microsoft stack.
Adopt
We train your team and help leaders bring everyone with them, so the tools get used.
Govern and manage
We put policy and standards in place, and manage your agents so they keep running securely.
Practical support
Our AI consulting services
Practical help across the whole business: we advise, build, and manage, with data safety and your people at the centre.
AI Readiness Assessment
A fixed-price, one-day review of your Microsoft 365 that tells you whether AI will only see what each person is entitled to see. From £950.
Data safety and permissions
We put right the structure, permissions, and labelling that decide what AI can find and the context it answers in.
Process mapping and finding the gains
We work through how your team spends its time and show you which processes will give real, measurable returns.
Building AI tools and agents
Copilot agents and tools that compile spreadsheets, produce reports, triage inboxes, and draft client communications, built around how your business works.
Managing your AI agents
Once agents are live, we monitor, maintain, and secure them, so they keep doing the job and only touch what they should.
AI policy, governance, and standards
Acceptable use policy, documentation, and the governance and best practice that keep AI safe and auditable, which matters for regulated firms.
Training, skills, and adoption
Practical training so your team understands what AI can do, uses it with confidence, and starts building their own tools.
Skills and adoption
AI should grow your people, not replace them
The people you have are there because they are good at what they do. AI doesn't change that. What it changes is how much of their day goes on manual, repetitive work.
We help your team move from doing that work to building the tools that do it for them: the report that produces itself, the spreadsheet that compiles overnight, the client update drafted and ready to check. That means faster turnaround, more time for the work that needs their judgement and knowledge, happier clients, and new opportunities for the people who lead the change.

Everyday applications
What it looks like in practice
AI tools earn their place by taking on specific, repeatable work. These are examples of the tasks we can build around your processes.
Month-end spreadsheets
Compile information from agreed sources into a consistent workbook, ready for the team to check.
Weekly reports
Bring recurring figures and updates together into a first draft, so reporting takes less manual effort.
Shared accounts inbox
Triage messages and prepare the next action, with review and approval built into the process.
Client communications
Draft first-pass letters and updates from approved information, leaving judgement and sign-off with your people.
A client example: For a group of companies, the approach to automating a shared accounts inbox starts with a readiness assessment, followed by Copilot agents introduced in stages - from assisted handling towards autonomous processing.

Frequently asked questions
AI consultancy is outside expertise to help you bring AI into the business properly. That covers checking your systems and data are ready, finding where AI will save the most time, building the tools, training your people, and keeping it all safe once it is running.
For an organisation of twenty to a hundred staff, it is practical work rather than strategy decks. We look at how your team spends its time, pick the repetitive tasks worth automating, build Copilot agents and tools to handle them, and make sure your permissions mean AI only sees what each person should.
A clear starting point, plain-English advice, and a written report you can act on. You will know what each stage costs before it starts, and you will deal with senior people who both advise and do the work.
Start with an AI Readiness Assessment. It tells you whether your data, permissions, and security are ready for AI, and what to put right before you switch anything on. It is the cheapest way to avoid an expensive mistake.
You can, and some of it you should: your team knows your work better than anyone. Outside help pays off in the foundations, such as permissions, data labelling, and security, and in building and managing agents safely. Most clients do it with us rather than through us, and their team's skills grow as we go.
It depends on where you are starting from. Assessments are charged at a fixed day rate, from £950. Some businesses are in good shape afterwards; others have things to put right first, which we price as a separate fixed project. Process mapping and building AI tools and agents are scoped and priced per piece of work, and ongoing management of your agents is a monthly fee. You will always have the price before work begins.
Copilot can see whatever each person can already access, so it is only as safe as your permissions. If files are over-shared today, AI will find them faster. That is exactly what the readiness assessment checks, and we put it right before AI is rolled out.
Usually not. Copilot Chat is available with eligible Microsoft 365 subscriptions, while broader access to work data and other capabilities can require an additional licence. We check your subscriptions, tenant settings, and the work each person needs to do before recommending who needs which licence.
That is not how we approach it. The aim is to take repetitive, manual work off your people so they spend more time on work that needs their judgement. Your team becomes the people who build and run the tools, which brings new skills and new opportunities.
Yes. Microsoft 365 is our home ground, but we also review and manage AI such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Google Gemini, including a separate access review for businesses on Google Workspace.
