Your IT team should know your name, not just your ticket number.

London-based managed IT and cyber security for businesses that have outgrown commodity support. 15 years. Experienced engineers only. Pods that learn your environment, not script-readers who don't.

If your IT support feels like a lottery, you're not imagining it.

Most managed IT contracts are built for the provider's economics, not the client's experience. Tickets get bounced between engineers who don't know your setup. Response times are measured in SLAs, not relief. And when something genuinely breaks, you're explaining your business to someone who's never heard of it before.

Client-Centered Approach

Every call starts with re-explaining your environment from scratch.

Your account manager left six months ago and nobody told you.

When something serious breaks, no-one feels accountable.

What it feels like when your IT team actually knows you.

From the first call, you work with people who learn your environment, your team and your priorities — and stay with you. Not a rotating queue. Not a script. A small, experienced pod that knows what "normal" looks like for your business, and notices when it isn't.

Talk to James

Your dedicated pod

A small group of experienced engineers who learn your systems, your people and your priorities — and stay with you.

Founder-led discovery

James personally runs your first conversation, so the relationship starts at the top, not the helpdesk.

Problems closed before you notice

Proactive monitoring catches issues early — we find and fix problems you hadn't reported yet.

Experienced engineers only

No juniors learning on your environment. The person on your call has been doing this for years, not weeks.

Recognised. Trusted. For longer than most of our competitors have been trading.

A 17-year track record of looking after London's growing businesses — recognised year after year by an independent industry panel.

Four steps from first call to fully supported.

A clear, founder-led path from "we should talk" to a team that knows your environment as well as you do.

Step 1

James runs your discovery

Your first conversation is with the founder, not a sales rep. He gets your business before he proposes anything.

Step 2

We build your pod

A small, named team of experienced engineers is assigned to your account — the people you'll actually speak to.

Step 3

Your pod learns your environment

Onboarding is structured so your engineers know your systems, your people and your processes inside out before going live.

Step 4

We manage, monitor and improve

Day-to-day support, monitoring that catches issues before they bite, and a quarterly review to keep your IT moving with your business.

Built for the sectors that can't afford to get IT wrong.

The questions most prospects ask before booking.

Straight answers to what comes up most often on first calls. If yours isn't here, ask James directly.

Ask us a Question
What size businesses do you work with?
Mostly London businesses with 20 to 100 staff, though we have clients on both sides of that range. We're built for organisations that have outgrown solo IT support but don't yet need an in-house team.
Do you only work in London?
Our base is North London (N3) and most clients are in Greater London and the South East. We do work with clients further afield where the relationship makes sense — talk to us.
What does fixed-fee actually mean?
Everything in your agreed scope is included — support tickets, monitoring, patching, advice, account management. No hidden charges, no per-incident billing, no surprises on the invoice.
Can I speak to existing clients before signing?
Yes. We'll arrange introductions to clients in your sector or at your size, with their consent.
How long does onboarding take?
Typically 4 to 6 weeks from contract signature to full handover, depending on the complexity of your environment. We don't go live until your pod knows your setup properly.
What happens if we're not happy?
Our contracts include a 90-day notice period either side, and we'd rather know early if something isn't working. The relationship matters more than the contract.

Not sure whether your IT is actually protecting your business?

Book a free IT and security assessment and find out.

We've completed dozens of these for London businesses, and many find at least one significant gap they weren't aware of - and usually more.

A senior engineer will spend time understanding your setup and requirements, identify what's working and where the risks are, and deliver a written assessment with prioritised recommendations. We'll then walk you through the findings in a follow-up session.

  • A no-obligation call to understand your goals
  • Share practical, expert-led recommendations to enhance performance, security, and compliance
  • An IT, cyber, or AI assessment and action plan
  • A follow-up session to walk you through the results

See how IT, cyber security, and AI could be working harder for your business.

Equivalent consultancy time typically runs to thousands - complimentary for qualifying London businesses. No cost, no obligation.
